Cinnamon Bear BakeryCinnamon Bear Bakery is locally owned and operated by Art & Judy Ruiz. Art had a big dream and decided to following in his parents footsteps. When Art was a teenager his parents operated a bakery in Torrance, CA . He helped them as much as possible and also when to school. He never forgot those days he got to spend with his parents, so he decided his kids should have the same opportunities. Art & Judy have two children both now teenagers, their daughter works the front counter on the weekends helping out whenever her schedule allows. Their 15 year old son loves making donuts and helps out when ever needed. They both have great personalities and get great reviews from the customers. They have been open for 6 1/2 years and their business grows daily with new and friendly faces. Judy was raised in Anaheim around the waitress, mom and three sisters who where waitresses. She learn the business early in life. They have become well known for their great burgers, probably the best in Shasta County. The Fish ‘n’ Chips is absolutely the best around and they sell bunches of it. The gourmet donuts are huge, Cinnamon Rolls that fill a plate, fritters are they sold out daily, brownies that weigh over a pound, and so much more. You must give them a try and come with your big appetite, you won’t leave this Bakery/Restaurant hungry. They are always looking for new friendly people in which to meet.
